This one had me thinking…

Despite a warm check-in, the experience soured quickly. The breakfast offerings were subpar and the room cleanliness left much to be desired. No daily cleaning service and outdated amenities only added to the frustration. This place has potential but needs serious improvements to meet basic expectations.

Had a great time with friends during our stay! We loved visiting the Florida Aquarium and dining at Channelside District. The hotel was conveniently located near the Fairgrounds, making it easy to explore. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast options were solid.

The room next to the elevator was noisy at times, which was a bit of a bother when trying to sleep.
